Zombicon shooting (File photo) FORT MYERS, Fla. — A second Zombicon shooting victim will sue the City of Fort Myers, her attorney said. Baruh Kaddyami has filed a notice of intent to sue the city for the Oct. 17, 2015 attack during a downtown zombie-themed event that left one person dead and injured six others, including Kaddyami. David Perez, another of those hurt, filed a notice of intent to sue the city last week. Both are represented by Sawyer Charles Smith of Wilbur Smith Attorneys at Law. Several others earlier took legal action against the organizers and the company in charge of security for the event. No one has been arrested for the shooting.
