FORT MYERS, Fla.- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who has been on the run for nearly six months, after using stolen credit cards to rack up more than $1,000 in fraudulent purchases.

According to detectives, back in July 2014, the victim parked his car at Planet Fitness, 15501 McGregor Boulevard. When he returned to his vehicle, nothing appeared to be out of place.

Police say later that night when he received a phone call from one of his credit card companies, inquiring about a large purchase that seemed potentially fraudulent, that he learned his vehicle had been broken into.

Upon checking his wallet, he found that two credit cards and his personal identification were missing, however several other cards and cash were left intact.

Surveillance video captured images of a woman using one of the victim’s stolen cards to purchase more than $1,000 in electronics from the Target store, located at 15880 San Carlos Boulevard.  Among the items purchased were an iPad, a tablet and a $75 gift card.

Anyone with information on the identity of this suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made online at www.swflcrimestoppers.org or by texting a tip to CRIMES (274637) Keyword: REWARD.
