FORT MYERS, Fla.- Police are looking for a suspect in a shooting that occurred Monday near Meadow Avenue and Linhart Avenue. Authorities say 36-year-old Joevanoly Victor is facing charges for aggravated battery with a firearm. The victim, 30-year-old Audin Bataille, was found Monday afternoon suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported transported to Lee Memorial Hospital as a trauma alert. Victor is a Haitian male described as having a thin build, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds.
