2 suspects on the loose after Carabba’s robbery

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- Lee County deputies are still looking for suspects after a local restaurant was robbed over the weekend.

On Sunday, shortly after 1 a.m., the store manager of the Carrabba’s Italian Grill, located at 27220 Bay Landing Dr. was exiting the restaurant after closing when he was confronted by what he describes as two Hispanic men.

The victim was forced back into the store where the suspects demanded money from the safe.

Both suspects fled the area leaving the injured store manager behind. The store manager was able to activate the alarm to alert law enforcement.

The store manager was transported to the hospital, however his condition is unknown.
