Vandal drives donuts around Cape Coral golf course

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Police are looking for a vandal who drove around doing donuts on a golf course.

Tire marks are visible all over hole 17 at the Coral Oaks Golf Course in northwest Cape.

The course initially thought they would have to replace the green, which would have cost about $150,000, but they were able to repair it with minimal cost.

“It’s unfortunate that somebody’s gotta come out and destroy somebody’s property. Whether it’s public property or private property, I don’t know why somebody would do that, doesn’t make any sense,” manager Allen Manguson.

The manager says this is the second time this has happened in the past couple of years.

If you have any information, call the Cape Coral Police Department at 239-574-3223.
