Families celebrate Easter in Southwest Florida

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. – Families across Southwest Florida celebrated Easter by attending services and spending time together.

On Sunday, families could also spend the day at the Shell Factory in North Fort Myers.

They held an Easter egg hunt, petting zoo, special Easter brunch, and you could ride the famous zip line.

The staff at the Shell Factory say it’s events like the one held today that make their jobs worth it.

“We love our families. We love our tourist families, our local families, we want this to be known as a family destination,” said manager Anne Sheridan.
