LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A jury found a Fort Myers man not guilty in a teen’s death.

Police accused 19-year-old James Brown of firing into a car and hitting 17-year-old Alexis Wilson.

This was the second trial for Brown.

The first ended in a mistrial after a witness accused Brown of being a gang member in front of the jury.

In court Thursday, jurors found Brown not guilty of the shooting.
