MGN Online MIAMI (AP) – Police say an initial eviction notice turned into the uncovering of a sophisticated narcotics lab in a northwest Miami home. The Miami Herald reports 29-year-old Raul Puig was sent to jail after police found the lab Saturday while serving eviction papers. Police say the lab churned out lucrative street drugs, including LSD and MDMA. Puig is facing charges including armed trafficking of ecstasy, possession of methamphetamine and LSD, and manufacturing with intent to deliver. It is unclear if Puig has a lawyer.
