LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The battle lines are becoming clearer in the class action lawsuit over radar guns used in Lee County. The issue is that they were not on Florida’s list of approved radar devices. The class action lawsuit says that means the speeding tickets issued with those devices should be thrown out. As the evidence comes out, there are more contradictions.
