MGN MIAMI (AP) – Authorities say one would-be robber is dead and another injured after a 77-year-old man shot them inside his rural Miami-Dade County home. One man died at the scene Monday afternoon. A 25-year-old man was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Police say the homeowner wasn’t injured. The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/1He3ykP ) reports police don’t expect to file charges against the homeowner. But charges are pending for the injured man. No further details were immediately available.
