NORTH PORT, Fla.- A homeless man is under arrest for murder after a body was found in the woods. North Port police tell WINK News they found 22-year-old Robert Luciano covered in blood around 4 a.m. Thursday morning. Investigators believe he used a knife to kill a man near Granada Boulevard and Trionfo Avenue. Police believe it’s an isolated incident and the victim’s name is not being released right now.
