FORT MYERS, Fla.- WINK fires up the kitchen with Beef O’Brady’s in Cape Coral.

On Wednesday, Warren Frye and Ryan Alcorn showed us how to make two delicious burgers from their menu.

BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger

Angus Burger

Brioche Bun

American Cheese

Bacon

BBQ Sauce

Fried Onion Rings

Lettuce

Sliced Tomato

While cooking the burger to Medium Well (160 Degrees) Cook the bacon and fried onion rings. Place them on top of your burger with the cheese on top and melt. Then lightly toast the bun.  Assemble the burger with the Lettuce and Tomato slices

Blackening Seasoning

Brioche Bun

Pepper Jack Cheese

Bacon

Fried Jalapenos

Sweet Jalapeno Mayo

While cooking the burger to Medium Well (160 Degrees) Cook the bacon and fried jalapenos. Place them on top of your burger with the cheese on top and melt. Then lightly toast the bun. Assemble the burger
