LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Two people are recovering after a scary wrong-way crash on I-75 left a car split in half. Witnesses say near mile marker 124 Thursday evening, a woman was speeding the wrong way down the interstate when she slammed into two cars. No one was seriously hurt but two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. “I walked over there expecting to find pieces of somebody, and she was in one piece, just had a little cut and some black eyes. It’s a miracle that everybody is okay,” said one witness. WINK News is working to find why the driver was going the wrong way and what will happen to her next. Count on us for any updates.
