Men caught on camera stealing from Buddy’s Home Furnishings

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Two thieves were caught on camera, stealing a $1,900 LG portable projector from a local store.

The theft happened on June 8, around 9 a.m. at the Buddy’s Home Furnishings located on Cleveland Avenue.

Police describe the first suspect as a man in his late 20s wearing a white t-shirt and blue jean shorts. He was wearing glasses and carried a small blue drawstring style backpack.

The second suspect appears to be in his early 30s, and was wearing a black t-shirt and plaid shorts. Authorities say he has several tattoos on his hands, arms and neck.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the theft suspect could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
