MGN BRADENTON, Fla. (AP) – Two 18-year-old Manatee High School football players are facing charges after authorities say they had sex with a 15-year-old girl. Bradenton police on Wednesday arrested cornerback Wesley Simeus and nose guard Gyriel Price. They were each charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery. The victim told detectives she had consensual sex with Simeus and Price on Sunday. But Bradenton Police Chief Michael Radzilowski says it’s illegal in Florida for an adult to have sex with a 15-year-old. Officials say a third player, who is 16 years old, recorded video of the encounter and uploaded it to the social media website SnapChat. Detectives were trying to obtain a copy of the video. Simeus and Price were booked into the Manatee County Jail Wednesday afternoon. They were each being held on $15,000 bail. Jail records didn’t list attorneys for either teen.
