Christmas boat parades happening in Southwest Florida this weekend:

Bonita Springs

Saturday, December 12th at 5:00 P.M

You’re not going to want to miss out on the Bonita Springs Boat Parade.  This year the parade route will start at The Fish House Restaurant on Bonita Beach Road.

Parking is limited. Plan to park at neighboring plazas like Kmart, Fresh Market, Riverview Terrace Office Park and walk to the venue

Naples

Saturday, December 12th – 6:15 P.M to 8:30 P.M

The 26th annual Marine Industries Christmas Boat Parade on Naples Bay, is one parade you don’t want to miss! Head down to Tin City and stick around to watch the parade, this year’s theme is Stars and Stripes.

The parade may be viewed from: Pincher’s Crab Shack, Riverwalk Restaurant, Naples City Dock, Naples Landing, Kelly’s Fish House, The Boat House Restaurant and Bayview Park.

Donations will be accepted by the Marine Industries Association of Collier County (MIACC), 100% of the donations will be given to The Ricky King Fund which provides the unmet financial medical needs of local children. Make donations payable to The Ricky King Fund. You can send your check to MIACC, P.O. Box 9887, Naples, FL 34101.

Parade Route

 

Pine Island

Saturday, December 12th – 6:00 P.M. – Saint James City

The annual Pine Island Lighted Christmas Boat Parade’s theme for this year will be in support of local law enforcement.

The parade route will remain the same as in previous years and will include Monroe, Cherry Estates and Henley waterways. You’ll be able to view it from various restaurants, homes and other vantage pints along the route.

Organizers will be collecting canned goods for the Harry Chapin Food Bank.

 

Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor

Sunday, December 13th –  6:00 P.M.

This Sunday is the 26th Annual peace River Lighted Boat Parade. Every every year the parade attracts a huge crowd to Charlotte Harbor, make sure view the map to find the best viewing area for you and your family and plan to arrive early – 2015 Parade Route

The best viewing spots: Edgewater Lake in Charlotte Harbor, Fishermen’s Village, the bridges of US 41 North and Southbound (no chairs will be permitted at this location) and Laishley Park Marina as the final stop.
