Local players named to Class 5A and 6A All-State Football teams

The Class 5A and 6A All-State football teams were released on Wednesday. University of Miami commit Tyler Byrd and and University of Tennessee commit Carlin Fils-aime were first team selections from Naples. Ida Baker two-way player Rasheed Golden was voted to the first team as well as a utility defensive player where he had seven interceptions. Golden was also a big play wide receiver for the Bulldogs. Dunbar senior linebacker Zack Lackman was the lone class 5A All-State first team selection. Lackman will play at Old Dominion next season.

OL-Kaya Aydogmus 6-3 275 Sr. Cape Coral Ida Baker

OL-Chris Tremblay 6-0 270 Sr. Naples

RB-Darrian Felix 5-9 183 Jr. Fort Myers

K-Jerry Nunez 5-10 180 Sr. Naples

THIRD TEAM DEFENSE

DB-Chris Riley 6-3 180 Sr. Naples
