Add pork; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine black beans, salsa, the remaining cilantro, and the remaining salt; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place tenderloin on baking sheet, discard excess marinade. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until desired doneness. Slice and serve with black bean salsa.
