FORT MYERS, Fla.- A North Fort Myers teenager charged with murdering his mother is being sent to a high-risk juvenile facility to undergo mental health treatment. Tyrese Landrum, 16, pleaded no contest to manslaughter and tampering with evidence in November 2015. Investigators say the body of his mother, Tamara Davis, was found under the floorboards of her home back in August 2014. Deputies say she died from blunt force trauma and suffocation. Once he finishes his juvenile treatment, Landrum will be on probation for the next 10 years.
