$2K reward for information on missing Fort Myers woman

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Six days after a Fort Myers woman went missing, the reward for information on her whereabouts has increased to $2,000.

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers and the Fort Myers Police Department are each offering $1,000 for information leading to 50-year-old Alberta Harris.

Harris was last seen on Saturday around 9 a.m. Her 2005 silver GMC Yukon truck was found Monday morning in a parking lot on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

The circumstances surrounding Harris’ disappearance are suspicious, authorities said.

Anyone with information on Harris’ whereabouts, or where she may have been seen in the days since last Saturday morning, is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
