GOLDEN GATE, Fla.- Detectives with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a man accused of touching a girl inappropriately on her way to Golden Gate Middle School Wednesday morning.
Around 8 a.m., the young girl was walking near 45th Street SW and 23rd Avenue SW when a man on a bicycle rode by and touched her behind, deputies said.
The subject is described as a stocky Hispanic man in his 40s or 50s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, deputies said. He had a gray goatee, mustache and shaggy dark gray hair.
The suspect was wearing a navy ball cap with an unknown logo, a white shirt with paint splatter on it and light blue jeans, officials said. He was also carrying a black backpack and riding a black bike.
