FORT MYERS, Fla.- A man facing molestation charges who authorities say spent nearly four years on the run is now in custody at the Lee County jail.

Nelson Sanderson, 75, is being held without bond.

Sanderson is facing two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim under 12 years of age.

The U.S. Marshals brought Sanderson back to the United States last week.

If convicted of the charges against him, Sanderson will be facing two life felony sentences, authorities said.
