Caught on camera: Men haul away Lee County hotel’s ATM

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Two men walked out of a Lee County hotel early Tuesday morning with an ATM machine weighing more than 500 pounds, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said.

Video surveillance at the Baymont Inn and Suites, 9401 Marketplace Road, shows two men walking into the hotel through a side door just after 3 a.m.

Within five minutes, the men were seen hoisting up the machine and carrying it outside the hotel, authorities said. Both men are bald and are believed to be approximately 30 years old.
