New images released in Cape Coral hit-and-run

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Investigators are still looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning that left an 18-year-old in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Video surveillance shows a light-colored Kia Soul travelling east on NW 18th Terrace around the time Michael Park, a Cape Coral High School student, was hit, Cape Coral police said.

Park was left in the road for up to two hours, according to police, before the teen was discovered and transported to the hospital.

The vehicle has possible damage to the right front and side of the vehicle, as well as possible hood damage.
