CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Neighbors, friends and city council members gathered at Four Freedoms Park Tuesday night to honor the victims killed in Sunday’s shooting spree, which mourners said “brought Cape Coral to its knees.”

The gunman, 31-year-old Christopher Michael Moran, was stopped by a hail of bullets after killing two victims, who authorities have not yet identified: a motorcyclist and a Circle K employee.
