FORT MYERS, Fla. – A development group from Tampa is taking over the 18 acres formerly known as Page Home Village to build 280 apartments and 15,000 square feet of retail space.

Aileron Holdings is slated to invest $50 million to buy the land, then transform the property into Grand Central.

Fort Myers is offering Aileron Holdings a $4 million property tax break over 10 years as incentive to seal the deal.
