MGN Online DAVIE, Fla. (AP) – A South Florida man is accused of stabbing his older brother to death during a fight at their home. Local news outlets report Davie police say 22-year-old Pedro Hernandez was arrested Saturday. He faces a charge of premeditated murder in the death of Victor Figueroa. A police report says the brothers got into a fist fight Friday night outside their residence when Hernandez went inside, grabbed a knife and stabbed Figueroa in the abdomen. He died at a hospital. Davie police Capt. Dale Engle says the men were fighting over a woman one of them had dated. Detective says they observed signs of a struggle at the crime scene and found a bloody knife and blood on the exterior walls of the home. It’s unclear whether Hernandez has an attorney.
