RSW considering $45 million expansion to make security faster

SOUTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — Officials at the Southwest Florida International Airport are considering a $45 million project to expand terminals to ease congestion at security checkpoints during the peak of season. But it’s a long-term project that would take more than three years to complete.
