NAPLES, Fla. — A Golden Gate woman is facing a charge of aggravated battery with the use of a deadly weapon after allegedly backing over two women during a fight at Aaron Lutz Park, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said.

One of the victims told police that she feared for her life, though she emerged unhurt after having been knocked to the ground, according to a police report. She and another woman allege Fransline Moleon, 23, drove into them with a black Honda Civic while a large group of people were present for the fight.

The other victim suffered a laceration and was taken to the hospital for treatment, the sheriff’s office said. Testimony from four witnesses who spoke with police corroborated what the victims said.

Moleon is out of custody after posting $100,000 bond, county records show.
