
FORT MYERS, Fla. — The southbound lanes of the Edison Bridge on U.S. 41 are opening again after a brief closure at about 2:30 p.m., the Fort Myers Police Department said.
Drivers can use U.S. 41 and the Caloosahatchee Bridge as an alternate route to avoid any lingering delays.
It’s not immediately clear what caused the closure. No further information is immediately available.
