MGN SEBRING, Fla. — A driver was killed when his 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ran off the road, collided with a tree and broke into two pieces, Florida Highway Patrol said. The driver, who remains unidentified, was ejected from the car during the wreck, which took place at 9:20 p.m. Thursday on Memorial Drive as it curves just north of Valerie Boulevard, according to FHP. The car was traveling southbound at a high speed, and the driver failed to negotiate the curve, FHP said. No further information is immediately available.
