FORT MYERS, Fla. — State Road 82 has reopened at Griffin Drive after crews temporarily closed the highway to remove vehicles involved in a crash at the intersection, Florida Highway Patrol said. The wreck, which took place shortly after 7 a.m., initially created only a partial roadblock, according to FHP. The road was shut down for approximately 45 minutes beginning at about 8 a.m. At least one person was hurt, FHP said. No further information is immediately available.
