FORT MYERS, Fla. — A U.S. postal worker caught on surveillance camera throwing reams of flyers into a dumpster at a San Carlos Park restaurant is in court Tuesday facing federal charges. A grand jury last week formally indicted 28-year-old Fort Myers resident Angelica M. Morman, saying she unlawfully destroyed approximately 418 pieces of mail. Surveillance video from Aug. 13 showed someone getting out of a mail truck and heaping flyers from Bonita Springs real estate agent Hudson Warren into a dumpster behind Luigina’s Pizza & Grill on 18767 S Tamiami Trail in San Carlos Park. Morman could see up to five years in jail, the U.S. Justice Department said. No further information is immediately available.
