Norris Dail Jr. (left), Norris Dail Sr. (right FORT MYERS, Fla. — Four-year-old Norris Dail Jr. has been found and is safe. An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday afternoon after he went missing from Jacksonville. Investigators said the boy’s mother was found dead and Norris Dail Sr. is still missing. Dail Sr. dropped the boy off safely in Maryland and is not a suspect in the mother’s homicide, but is being accused of kidnapping the boy.
