FORT MYERS, Fla. – The blue Hyundai Sonata in connection to the Fort Myers homicide has been recovered, according to the Fort Myers Police Department. FMPD is now searching for a gray or dark green 2008 through 2010 teal Toyota Yaris in connection to the homicide. Geraldo Olvera, 22, was shot and killed at his home at the Cypress Court Apartments on Oct. 6, police said. He died after police arrived to scene, according to the FMPD.
