(Stephanie Susskind/WINK News) FORT MYERS, Fla. — Mark Sievers, the 47-year-old man accused of orchestrating the murder of his wife, Teresa Sievers, hired a new lead attorney. The accused killer hired Greg Mazur, a Jacksonville attorney who is death-penalty certified. Sievers will return to court on Tuesday Oct. 11 to ask the state to pay for his new lawyer and drop the death penalty charges he is currently facing.
