Photo via WINK News viewer NAPLES, Fla. – One woman was killed in fatal crash involving a dump truck that closed Collier Boulevard between Rattlesnake Hammock Road and Verona Walk Boulevard Tuesday afternoon, according to Lt. Gregory Bueno of the Florida Highway Patrol. FHP officers said Kathe Ryan, 45, of Naples, was killed after Luis Yero, 34, sped through a red light as she was turning onto State Road 951. Both vehicles collided and burst into flames. Yero was not injured and is likely at fault. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said they plan on increasing patrols because this accident was one of three that happened on Tuesday.
