FORT MYERS, Fla. – A judge resentenced Timothy Tuttle, 29, to 45 years in prison for his role in the 2010 killing of Eric Stuebinger.
Police say Tuttle and another man broke into Stuebinger’s Cape Coral home then shot and killed him.
The Florida Supreme Court ruled that Tuttle was incorrectly sentenced to life in prison due to a double jeopardy issue on his charges.
