The event, which Rubio is expected to make an announcement regarding veterans, will take place at the Veteran’s Memorial Wall at Laishley Park. Doors open at 4 p.m. and the event is expected to start at 4:15 p.m. The park is located at 200 Harbor Walk Dr. Between 200 and 400 people are expected to attend.
