CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A Cape Coral man who was arrested on Oct. 20 for stalking a teenage boy is now being accused of sexually assaulting him, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.

William Black, 66, admitted to detectives that he had an ongoing sexual relationship with the boy prior to his arrest. Black also stated that he would buy the boy gifts such as fast food and cigarettes in return for sex, police reports show.

The boy also told police he had sex with Black, saying Black forced him to perform sexual acts on him and that Black said he’d kill him if he told anyone.

Black is currently in custody facing two counts of sexual battery on a victim less than 16 years of age, one count of lewd and lascivious battery and one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
