Good Samaritan rewarded by SWFL business for saving deputy

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Good Samaritan was rewarded Wednesday from a Southwest Florida business after he fatally shot a 53-year-old man who was attacking a deputy.

Shoot Straight, a Fort Myers-based gun shop, gave the anonymous hero a free firearm after his gun was confiscated by police for evidence.
