Food drive helps SWFL ‘Stamp Out Hunger’

FORT MYERS, Fla. Residents can help feed hungry people in Southwest Florida by donating non perishable items to the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.

The Harry Chapin Food Bank, the United States Post Office and United Way are holding the food drive on May 13. Those interested in donating can leave their contributions next to their mailbox Saturday, and letter carriers will pick them up.

Residents can also drop off goods to their local post office or the food bank.
