String of home burglaries reported in Port Charlotte

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. Multiple residential burglaries were reported near Strasburg Drive Friday morning, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said.

The robberies happened around the 300 block of Strasburg Drive, deputies said. All of the homes were unoccupied at the time of the thefts.

The suspect is believed to be in his mid to late 20s with short brown hair and may have tattoos on his arms, deputies said.
