FHP identifies four teens injured in fiery crash on I-75

One teenager is in critical condition and another serious, following a crash on I-75 at mile marker 57 Monday.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, Jonathan Hurtley, 17, was heading northbound around 6:50 p.m.

A Ford Ranger was improperly parked in the outside lane of I-75 northbound. Hurtley failed to stop in time, rear-ending the truck.

There were also three passengers in the vehicle. Sarah Lintz, 19, is in critical condition; Joshua Jordan 16, is in serious condition, and Anthony Blanco, 18, has minor injuries, along with the Hutley. All teens were from Marco Island or Naples.

The name of the driver of the stopped vehicle has not been released.

An investigation into this incident is still ongoing.
