Enmanuel Paumier-Fernandez and Carlos Alberto Rodriguez Two men are arrested by Fort Myers police after a co-worker of theirs reported being beat up by the two men at work. According to FMPD, the victim said Enmanuel Paumier-Fernandez, 31, and Carlos Alberto Rodriguez, 39, beat the man up at their job at Affordable Imports in Fort Myers following an argument. While police were meeting with the victim to discuss the incident, officers watched the suspects exit the building then turn back and retreat inside. Additional officers arrived on scene and attempted to contact with the suspects while the victim was transported to the hospital. Officers and Detectives served a lawful search warrant at the location. At the conclusion of the investigation, Carlos Alberto Rodriguez and Enmanuel Paumier-Fernandez were both arrested for aggravated battery. Paumier-Fernandez was also charged with possession of cocaine.
