A body has been found in a creek in Charlotte County Saturday morning.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office says the body was discovered by a boater in Prairie Creek near the boat ramp on Washington Loop Road around 9 a.m.
CCSO was able to recover the body and confirmed it is a white male.
Investigators say identification of the body will take days.
Cause of death is also unconfirmed.
