Dozens of dogs and cats in Glades County are on on death row, we learned Thursday.

Glades County Animal Control told us these helpless animals are set to be euthanized Monday, Aug. 12.

There are 17 cats and 13 dogs. The shelter will remain open, but its beyond capacity, and that is the main reason they face being put down.

We have been told other shelters are interested in taking some of the animals, and the public can help save them by getting the word out.

Share this from our Facebook Page or the animal shelter to get the word out and save these potential pets.
