Most people agree that fast-moving traffic along Cape Coral Pkwy. does not mix well with walkers or bikers. But a new pedestrian bridge could reshape the landscape.
There are always walkers and bikers crossing through heavy traffic on Cape Coral Pkwy. If the City of Cape Coral moves forward with an elevated bridge, it will provide a safer option.
The city does not have a precise location for the bridge as of yet. But the popular option is along Coronado or Del Prado on Cape Coral Pkwy.
We will know more after the city has its Aug. 20 budget meeting.
