Car with smashed windshield (WINK News) A crash in Cape Coral is causing major delays, with dozens of vehicles in bumper to bumper traffic. The serious crash took place along the 3500 block of SW Pine Island Rd in Cape Coral around 1:15 p.m. The crash is west of the intersection where Burnt Store Road becomes Veteran Memorial Parkway.
