We’re taking you back to P.E. class today in Lindsey’s lesson with the Family Peloton.

It’s been too hot for our kids to be outside in the afternoon, so Tuesday, Lindsey tried the Family Peloton with her kids to get them moving and burning energy.

The app for the popular workout company is free right now and there are several exercises you can do without equipment.

They have a 15-minute fit family fun exercise that includes cardio and strength, for ages 5 and up.

You can also try family strong for 20 minutes, for ages 10 and up.

The quick 5-minute family brain breaks are really cool. Lindsey recommends it as a reset for when patience is thin and you need to redirect your child’s attention.

Another game she tried out with her kids was “Freeze”— exercises you do and when the music stops, you freeze. It’s a game for the kids and exercise for mom and dad.

And finally, they offer family meditation.

With these, you can guarantee they are PG – and it offers an extra benefit for you if you’re trying to squeeze in a little movement yourself, too.

For more information and to try it at home yourself and with the kids, visit the Family Peloton website here.
